Special Event Bookings (Family Reunions, Adult Birthday Parties, Banquets, Anniversaries, etc)
Room: Multipurpose + Dance Studio – Full Room
Maximum Capacity: 250 people
Booking Includes:

• 5 hour bar operations and bar staff (bar hours may be extended for $20 per hour, bar service not permitted after 1am)
• Liquor License
• Use of tables/chairs (set up and take down is the responsibility of the renter, use of linens extra $50)
• Use of kitchen facilities (to set up mean only, not use of ovens or kitchen supplies)
• DJ services – additional $395

Wedding Package
Room: Full Multipurpose/Dance Studio, Kitchen, Bar, Partial Street
Maximum Capacity: 250 people
Damage Deposit Required: $200.00
Booking Includes:

• 5 hour bar operations and bar staff (bar hours may be extended for $20 per hour, bar service not permitted after 1am)

• Use of tables/chairs (set up and take down is the responsibility of the renter, use of linens extra $50)
• Additional 3 hours may be provided for set up (must be arranged and approved at booking time) Friday 6-9pm
