Spin – 6:30-7pm
Wednesday, January 16th:
Yoga for Strength – 9:30-10:30am
Supported Yin Yoga – 10:30-11:30am
Thursday, January 17th:
Total Body Circuit – 5:30-6:15pm
Spin – 6:30-7pm
